Affiliated Clubs

• Benefits of Affiliation to OUSA – this outlines all the great things OUSA can provide to affiliated Clubs and Societies.
• Download the OUSA Affiliation Policy. This outlines the conditions under which Clubs operate. This document will be posted here soon – please check back or pop into the OUSA Clubs and Societies Centre to talk to your Club Development Officer
• Continuing Affiliation Form – this updates your Club’s details annually. To fulfil your affiliation obligations this must be supplied by 31 March each year.
• Newsletters – periodically a Club Newsletter containing relevant information for Clubs is sent out.
• Logo Usage Guide – tells you how to use the OUSA logo. The OUSA logo needs to appear on your promotional material to show you are affiliated to us. The logo needs to be supplied to you by our designer and be used in a certain way.
• Council Meetings - these are organised during the year by the Clubs & Societies Representative. The purpose of these meetings is for clubs to be able to participate in the decision-making process that relates to Clubs, address club isssues and disseminate relevant information. • Grants - OUSA helps Clubs by providing grants.
