AFRICAN DANCE
The work out with a difference! If you are going to work out and sweat, why not have fun at the same time? Let your body experience the energy of African moves.

BALLROOM DANCE – CONTINUING
In this course you will learn more advanced steps of the waltz, foxtrot, quickstep, and if time permits a basic tango. There will also be the opportunity to sit the Social Bronze test of the Federal Association of Teachers of Dancing.

BELLY DANCE – REGIONAL STYLES
Discover or learn more about the ancient womanly art of belly dance in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. This course focuses on regional styles, in other words the dance of the people, and consequently this type of belly dance has an earthier feel.

BOLLYWOOD DANCE - BEGINNERS
Come and learn the basics of Bollywood dance in this course, which is designed for fitness and fun. You will learn an entire dance routine during the course.

BOLLYWOOD DANCE – CONTINUING
If you’ve enjoyed the beginner Bollywood dance course and would like to learn more, then this course is for you. You will learn more about timing and co-ordination, and build on what you’ve already learnt.
This course is also suitable for those who have had other previous Bollywood dance experience.

BREAK DANCE – CONTINUING
Extend what you’ve learnt in the beginner break dance course. If you’ve had other break dance experience, you’re also welcome to join.

CEROC – BEGINNERS
Ceroc (pronounced “say-roc”), originally based on modern jive, is a funky partner dance done to chart, nightclub and swing music.

CEROC – CONTINUING

FUNKY BALLET – BEGINNERS
These classes combine current music, including hip-hop and contemporary jazz, and ballet exercise to build great posture, lean muscles and cardio fitness.

FUNKY BALLET – INTERMEDIATE
Did you love ballet when you were growing up? If you’ve had some ballet training and are at an intermediate level, then this course is for you. Classes combine current music, including hip-hop and contemporary jazz, with ballet exercise to build great posture, lean muscles and cardio fitness.

LATIN AMERICAN DANCE – BEGINNERS’
This beginner level course covers classical style Latin American dance, as seen on ‘Dancing with the Stars’, and includes the rhumba, cha cha, rock and roll or fast jive and the paso doble.

MODERN FUNK HIP HOP
You will learn an entire hip hop dance routine during this course, which is suitable whether you’re a complete beginner or have had some previous hip hop experience.

POLYNESIAN DANCE
Gain skills in the womanly art of Rapa Nui (Easter Island) and Tahition Dance. During the course you will learn an entire dance programme, consisting of approximately ten types of Polynesian Dance.
