Clubs Development Officer
Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent.
The Otago University Students' Association requires an energetic person with proven administration skills, preferably in the area of clubs, the ability to lead and influence others, and event / project management skills, to become our next Club Development Officer.
This role involves providing advice, support and training to the student clubs affiliated to the OUSA; dealing with administration to do with club affiliation; running panel and grants meetings; running events such as the annual sport and cultural awards ceremonies (Blues Awards & Golds Awards); managing Otago's team for University Sport New Zealand's winter games and summer games.
As well as passion for the recreation field and an interest in tertiary education, you will need to be able to keep calm under pressure, work to deadlines, and resolve problems in a 'win - win' fashion.

Clubs Assistant
6-week contract
The OUSA is looking for a clubs assistant for a 6 week Jan 23 - March 2 contract to cover before new appointments start. This includes organising Clubs Day, Uni Games team, club grants, and updating the Clubs Handbook. Email the GM at darel.hall@ousa.org.nz with your CV.
