Battle of the Bands 2013
The Otago University Students’ Association in association with Radio One is proud to announce the 2013 Battle of the Bands.
This year the OUSA Battle of the Bands turns 25!! Tracing its roots back to its inception in 1988 Battle of the Bands has nurtured and exposed the best of Dunedin music for a quarter of a century.
This year the winning band will walk away with a professional music video shot and produced by Moi Moi Productions, $400 cash from OUSA, recording time in the Albany St Studio thanks to the Otago University Music Department, a Radio One advertising campaign and their very own branded gear from Konstruct Clothing (full prize schedule below).
With 36 acts ready to scrap it out in 2013, Battle of the Bands is dynamic in its range of acts as well as being of a high calibre in quality so get ready to witness another epic line up of entrants this year!
Heats are every Friday starting 3rd of May at Re:Fuel bar - $2 door charge for the heats and $5 for the final on Saturday, May 25th!
