Highlanders v Chiefs
Forsyth Barr Stadium
The Pulse Energy Highlanders play a brand of rugby that closely resembles student life in Dunedin… it’s fast paced, exciting and sometimes a little bit stressful! The team loves to play under the roof at Forsyth Barr Stadium with a packed Zoo behind them, helping them to defeat those teams that run out on our grass. Come and join the excitement this season as we take on the Chiefs, Crusaders, Rebels, Blues, Stormers, Waratahs, and the Reds in 2017.
It’s the biggest party in Dunedin, so make sure you turn up and get ready to get turn it up!
Only available as a part of the Super Pass, the Zooper Pass gets you into 6 Highlanders home games over the course of the 2017 season! See the included games below:
- Highlanders v Chiefs – Friday 24th Feb
- Highlanders v Crusaders – Saturday 4th March

Radio One Open Air Sessions
Monday 20 - Friday 24 February, 12pm-2pm
Free public event
Every Week day during Orientation, from midday to 2pm, Radio One 91FM DJs move their gadgets out of the studio and onto the OUSA Building balcony to blast audio lushness to the class of 2017.
12:00pm - 1:00 pm | Woosh [SBK]
Woosh [SBK] is one half of the EXD show on Radio One, and local producer and artist of international esteem. He's a pioneer of liquid drum, bass and breaks, and has a collaboration roll deeper than the subsonic frequencies he espouses. GOOD MUSIC.
1:00pm - 2:00 pm | A Sides
A true veteran DJ, producer and engineer, London's Jason Cambridge aka A Sides has an epic collection of releases to his name making him one of the most prolific and versatile artists in drum & bass. Over the course of his extensive career, A Sides has never limited himself to a single style though, and has proved to be a highly capable selector whatever style he is drawing for. We're lucky to have him dropping some sun and bass for us, ahead of his show at Re:fuel later that night.
