CAFÉ COFFEE MAKING
Love coffee?  Want to learn skills for part-time work?  This workshop is aimed at absolute beginners. In 90 minutes you’ll get a hands-on introduction to coffee grind and extraction, pouring and mixing ingredients and practical coffee making.
Starts: September 10, or September 24
Day: Wednesday (6.30pm – 8.00pm or 8.00pm – 9.30pm)

DELECTABLE DESSERTS 
Master the ABCs of dessert cooking - A for apple tart tatin, shortcake and strudel with crème anglaise;  B for baking – lemon tart, pear and almond tart and crème brulee;  C for chocolate – chocolate roulade, chocolate and raspberry mousse and molten chocolate pudding!  You’ll soon be making restaurant style desserts.

INDIAN VEGETARIAN COOKING
India has a long tradition of vegetarian food.  Generally Indian cooking is nutritious, well balanced and low in oils and fats.  This course will provide you with the opportunity to learn from professional Indian chefs.

WINE TASTINGS
The Weston Wine Tastings are legendary and involve relaxing evenings in front of the open fire in the Cottage Lounge.  Each tasting follows a different theme and showcases a different selection of approximately ten tasty wines.  The conversation alone makes this a must-try experience.

WINE TASTING – MIXED CLASS – REDS & WHITES
This tasting includes a selection of Australian and New Zealand reds and whites that have been chosen for taste and best price.
