RADIO ONE MARKET DAYS
Once a month on a Thursday the Union or Union Lawn is turned into an eclectic shopping centre where people gather to pick through the ruins of other people’s wardrobes, buy some jewellery or the latest electronic gadget. There are heaps of stalls (you can have one too if you want) and lots of great music from Radio One. If it rains it is in the Union Hall. Highlight it in your diary so you don’t miss out on the bargains.
But wait there's more! If you don’t want to shop, why not try to capitalise? You don’t really wear those jeans, or use that expensive blender? Why not have your very own stall by coming into OUSA for details or to get on the mailing list.
If you love to shop, want to kit out your flat or simply need some threads to keep you decent come down to Market Day.
