JAPANESE SWORD FIGHTING
This course will introduce you to the Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu style of Japanese Sword Fighting.

MEDITATION
Want to feel calm and relaxed?  This course will introduce you to the practice of meditation (dhyana, ch’an, zen), a fundamental technique common to all paths of yoga and Buddhism. Classes will cover techniques for sitting, breathing and observing the mind in stillness, cultivating mental awareness and centering.

YOGA – LUNCHTIME
Take a break in the middle of your day!  Lunchtime yoga for the busy These one hour mixed level classes promote improved flexibility, stress relief, relaxation, toning, sports conditioning, improved concentration and mental focus. These classes cater for all levels of physical ability.

YOGA FOR WOMEN
Based on Satyananda style Hatha yoga, this course includes stretches, asana, breathe awareness and relaxation, and is specifically tailored to meet the needs of women.  Suitable for beginners and intermediate level students (those who have had some yoga experience).

YOGA – EVENINGS
These very popular, mixed level classes, offer classical hatha yoga in the tradition of the Iyengar school.
The classes include physical postures (asanas), plus breathing and relaxation exercises, and are suitable for all, whether you are an absolute beginner, an intermediate level student, or a more advanced student. Practising yoga can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, balance and mental focus.  Give it a go!
Enrolment is not necessary - pay on the day for the classes you attend.
