A member of the International Okinawan Goju Ryu Federation, and its New Zealand organisation. This traditional karate style emphasises self-defence, fitness and martial arts, over sports. Instructors are senior dan grades (black belts) who have been training internationally for over 25 years. Beginners are welcome to training anytime!
