Seishinkan Iaijutsu (sword fighting) is a traditional Japanese school. It is oriented around life skills, such as peaceful negotiation. To avoid conflict - developed from martial arts rather than solely on fighting skills. To defend yourself you first need to think clearly in a tense situation.
Tranings are 5-7pm (venue TBD). Wear comfortable clothing which is easy to move in. No experience necessary. Weapons provided.
