FENCING – CONTINUING      
This course builds on what was covered in the Fencing for Beginners course.

PILATES – BEGINNERS
Improve your core strength, posture and suppleness by practising Pilates.  Benefits of this exercise programme, based on the work of Joseph Pilates, also include moving correctly, better posture, suppleness and a feeling of well-being.

PILATES – CONTINUING
Consolidate and extend what you have learnt in the Pilates beginner classes.

PILATES – INTERMEDIATE
If you ‘ve completed a continuing Pilates course and are looking for slightly more advanced tuition, then this course is for you.  Those who’ve completed a beginners Pilates course are also welcome.

SQUASH
These four-session courses cover the basics of squash.  Come and enjoy this energetic game!
