Next Online Referendum
10th Sept 2011
OUSA is ultimately governed by the view of its members - all students enrolled at the University of Otago.
OUSA seeks guidance from our members via an online vote or referendum.
Each online vote is preceded by a physical debate, usually held in the Main Common Room during term time.
We usually hold two referenda per year - one in each semester.
- First semester = to appoint the honorary solicitor and honorary auditor.
- Second semester = to deal with the OUSA budget and student levies for the following year.
