Clubs and Societies Rep
I: represent and defend the interests of OUSA’s various affiliated Clubs and Societies, lend support and advice as needed by my constituents, and promote greater Club participation on campus.
I am working on: reforming the Affiliation process to make it easier to start and maintain a small Club (a long-running project that is now complete), tidying up other bits of OUSA Policy (both Club-related and non-Club-related), looking at OUSA’s long-term relationship with Clubs, organising a petition against the threat of VSM, reviving Student of the Month, and various other bits and pieces.
I represent you on these committees: Grants Committee, Blues Panel, Golds Panel, EduCom, WelCom, PolCom, VSM Working Party, Governance Structure Working Party (Internal), Lecture Theatre and Timetable Committee, Library Services Committee, Library Student Liaison Committee, Distance Learning Advisory Board (External).
