AFFIXING COMMON SEAL TO FUNDING APPLICATIONS

148/09 THAT the OUSA Executive authorizes the Club Development Officer to apply to the Bendigo Valley Sports and Charity Foundation for $1000.00 for the purpose of van hire for OUSA Team Otago to travel to the 2010 NZ University Games, and that the Common Seal be affixed to the application.

149/09 THAT the OUSA Executive authorizes the Club Development Officer to apply to The Southern Trust for $500.00 for the purpose of van hire for OUSA Team Otago to travel to the 2010 NZ University Games, and that the Common Seal be affixed to the application.

VOLUNTARY STUDENT MEMBERSHIP (VSM) CAMPAIGN

150/09 THAT OUSA donate $5,000 plus Goods and Services Tax (GST) as a contribution towards NZUSA’s report on VSM’s Impact on Student Services, to come from the Campaigns and Initiatives budget line.
