We are recruiting student receptionists to work in 2023. We have available positions at our Clubs & Societies building for casual or fixed-term receptionists.Being the first person to engage with patrons you’ll have huge influence over customer experience. Furthermore, this extends to a variety of area’s including events, programming, hospitality, club support and more. This is fantastic for those who love variety, want to gain or build on their experience or have a more engaging role. What we need in return is competent “front-facers” but also people who are good with admin, can show initiative and have a personality to match our inclusive and welcoming persona. Aspects of the role:

Training for this role will begin in late January/early February following the recruitment process beginning in December/January.We have a mix of available shifts from weekday afternoons until the evening and over the weekend during the academic year. There will also be occasional on-call work to cover for staff on leave or who are unwell. The length and amount of shifts will vary depending on the day and availability.
