Herbal Medicine Making for Beginners

This course will give you a good grasp on the art and science of herbal and traditional plant medicine. You will make several products throughout the course including teas, tinctures, elixirs, medicinal vinegars, oils, balms and more. You will learn how to identify wild medicinal plants, how to ethically and sustainable harvest medicinal plants, learn about the history of herbal medicine, learn about recent developments in plant medicine and how to incorporate plant medicine into your everyday life.

You will make an elderberry immunity supporting syrup from wild foraged Elderberries, a Kawakawa and St Johns Wort balm and infused oil, herbal pestos from wild plants and a wild berry medicinal vinegar.
