Amongst all the stresses and strains of modern life, Heartfulness offers a simple and helpful approach to meditation, which is free and open to all.
Practising Heartfulness regularly, helps us to become clearer, calmer and more balanced and effective in our daily lives. Other benefits include improved focus, greater concentration, stimulation of the immune system and stress relief. 
Beginner's classes and regular group sessions are held at OUSA Clubs and Socs. We recommend attending at least three beginners classes before joining a regular group session.
