Meditation

This course aims to introduce students to the practice of meditation. Meditation (dhyana, ch'an, zen) is a fundamental praxis common to all paths of Yoga and Buddhism. These classes cover techniques for sitting, breathing, centering, cultivating mental awareness and observing the mind in stillness.
