Discover a selection of the many flavours of Europe through some of its varied cooking styles. This course stops in France, Portugal, Czech Republic / Slovakia, and Hungary (one class on each cuisine). The recipes have been designed for the student budget and with a home kitchen in mind. You will work in groups and eat together at the end. The Instructor Zuzana Blazov Tichy was brought up in Slovakia, and has a real passion for cooking food and for passing these skills on to others. So get on board, have a giggle, and get cooking.
