The OUSA Recreation brings you, in collaboration with Nutrition & Life, a workshop dedicated to Mindful eating, the smarter way to good nutrition. Explore how you can enjoy food more and make mindful eating a part of everyday life.

In this 1 ½ hour workshop you will get to explore topics such as:
• Embrace all foods and make food choices simple and enjoyable, learn to eat for satisfaction and fullness.
• Understanding emotions and how they can influence our food cravings
• Mindful eating strategies to use at home, work and in our social life

Want to do both Mindful Eating ~ To Make Peace with Food AND Mindful Eating ~ In Practice, then check out our weekend retreat. Do both courses on the same day with a mindful eating lunch between the two sessions!
