Ballet with a difference! Ballet is a great way to build flexibility, great posture, lean muscles and cardio fitness. These classes are the next step from the beginners class, or for those who have had some dance training in the past. While ballet experience is not necessary, a basic grasp of ballet principles and terminology is an advantage. No pointe work will be involved. These classes are very classical in style, tone, albeit with a twist of modern, and include a mix of both classical and modern music. You will work on a short dance that is built on throughout the 5 week course.
