Pilates ~ Continuing

This course is the next stage of your Pilates journey. You will have some recent previous Pilates experience, ideally having completed at least one of our Beginners courses in the past 12 months. This course will introduce you to more intermediate exercises with a gradual progression of difficulty. Sign up for the whole ten weeks, and progress throughout the semester. Pilates is an exercise programme based on the work of Joseph Pilates. During this course, you will recreate your approach to exercise and re-teach your body correct form and movement. This course is brought to you in association with the qualified team at Back In Motion Physiotherapy and Pilates. As the first class is integral to the course, please be sure to attend it!
