Sewing Continuing/ Alterations ~ Semester TWO

Sewing Continuing/ Alterations ~ Semester TWO

This class would suit those who have completed our Beginners class or have a basic knowledge of using a sewing machine. The focus of these sessions is to give you the skills and confidence to help you, and your home, fulfil your champagne tastes on an L&P budget. Learn how to carry out simple alterations such as adjusting hems, taking-in and letting-out, and (for the more slightly more adventurous) replacing zips. Benefit from the experience and innovative approach to textiles and the environment that your tutor, Fiona Jenkin (Just Atelier/ Stitch Kitchen) will bring to each session. Each session we will work on project/s that will teach you these new skills, as you continue your sewing adventure. (BYO clothing items welcome. Examples also provided)
