Tai Chi

Tai Chi Zen is meditation in movement. By practicing it you can reach a state of calm that enhances focus and reduces anxiety while exploring the basics of stance and body balance. This 10 class course will guide you through the first section of gentle turning and stretching sequence of movements that comprise this practice.

Whether you are an absolute beginner or have experience Tai Chi before this is an amazing opportunity to enjoy this practice.
