Meditation

OVERVIEW

This course aims to introduce students to the practice of meditation. Meditation (dhyana, ch'an, zen) is a fundamental praxis common to all paths of Yoga and Buddhism.


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED

No previous experience is required.


WHAT TO EXPECT

These classes cover techniques for sitting, breathing, centering, cultivating mental awareness and observing the mind in stillness. 


STREAM 1: MEDITATION Mondays 4:45-5:45pm 5 sessions starting 19th July 2021
Ending 16th August 2021
Fee: $40.00 Bring Wear non-restrictive comfortable clothes. Cushions and mats are provided. (Please take shoes off before entering the Studio, to protect the floor)
