Meditation Classes - Meditate for a Better Life

The pressures of study, family, relationships and the future can be overwhelming. Living with stress or trauma can also make living life and achieving your goals difficult. This course is designed to help you develop deeply effective support tools for outer and inner awareness. You will learn to centre yourself at all times and take charge of your emotional and mental well-being in order to find peace and achieve success. Each class contains a presentation topic and meditation to help you achieve a deep sense of self-awareness and find a place of peace, resilience and a centered state of being for your mind and body.
4 session program, 1 session per week over 4 week period.
- Managing Stress & Anxiety + meditation
- Self Talk, Relationships & You + meditation
- The Psychology of Change + meditation
- Trauma, Balance & Harmony + meditation
How should I prepare?
- Wear loose comfy clothing, not restricted around the waist ideally. Bring your water bottle
- Mats are provided however you can bring your own for added comfort
- Turn your mobile phone off (or to flight mode, not just silent)
