Tai Chi Zen is meditation in movement. By practicing it you can reach a state of calm that enhances focus and reduces anxiety while exploring the basics of stance and body balance.

Whether you are an absolute beginner or have experience Tai Chi before this is an amazing opportunity to enjoy this practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This course will guide you through the first section of gentle turning and stretching sequence of movements that comprise this practice.
This course will be taught via Zoom, due to alert levels not allowing us to come together, on the day of each class you will be emailed a zoom link, so find yourself a nice spot at home and let Sergio take you through the motions to find your state of calm.
Should we move down alert levels, OUSA will assess if the class can be held in person safely, you will be notified by email of any changes. Should it not be deemed safe to hold classes in person the classes will remain on zoom.
Ending 5th October 2021 Fee: $25.00 Bring Wear non-restrictive comfortable clothes, and a matt if you have one
