OVERVIEW

Tai Chi Zen is meditation in movement. By practicing it you can reach a state of calm that enhances focus and reduces anxiety while exploring the basics of stance and body balance. 


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED

Whether you are an absolute beginner or have experience Tai Chi before this is an amazing opportunity to enjoy this practice.


WHAT TO EXPECT

This course will guide you through the first section of gentle turning and stretching sequence of movements that comprise this practice.

 


STREAM 1: TAI CHI Tuesday 6-7pm 5 sessions starting 20th July 2021
Ending 17th August 2021
Fee: $25.00 Bring Wear non-restrictive comfortable clothes. Cushions and mats are provided.
