  1. By entering this competition, entrants agree and are bound to the terms and conditions
  2. OUSA shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify the terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  3. OUSA too reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time for whatever reason.


  1. Eligibility for entering the competition is limited to current University of Otago Students’, except employees of OUSA.


  1. To enter the competition entrants must:
  1. Follow @ousaclubsandsocs on Instagram
  2. Like the original competition post on Instagram
  3. Tag in a friend


  1. Multiple entries per person will be accepted e.g. you can tag in multiple friends


  1. Entries close Friday 23 February (5 pm), 2020. Entries submitted after the fact will be ineligible.
  2. OUSA accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason.
  3. OUSA is not responsible for inaccurate information that may be supplied by third party promoters


  1. The prize is as follows:
  1. One Razor E-Prime Scooter and a helmet (brand/type unspecified).
  2. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed in any other form
  3. The prize is subject to availability. OUSA reserve the right to modify the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
  4. OUSA accepts no liability or duty of care for the condition or functioning of the prize after handover e.g. product warranty. However, a copy of the receipt will be provided to facilitate any required communications between the supplier/manufacturer.


  1. The prize will be awarded via random (unbiased) selection from entrants
  2. The winner will:
  1. Be notified via direct message (through their Instagram account) and or a reply comment to their competition post
  2. Claim the prize within 14 days of notification. Failing to do so will result in a re-selection of the winner/prize.
  3. Take a photo with the prize, and agrees for OUSA to use this image (along with their name) for any publicity material.
  4. Comply with the products user manual and all relevant legislation associated with the prize. This includes but is not limited to local by-laws, university regulations, land and transport rules etc.
  5. Not use the prize in any way, which may bring OUSA into disrepute.


  1. OUSA’s decision with respect to all matters associated with this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
