NEW PICK UP TIME!
Order your meal through the Bowling Club website and pick up on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays frm 4:15pm at 84 Albany Street. You will need to collect your meal within 1 hour of drop-off to ensure food safety.

Pick-Up Time: All food orders must be picked up between 4:15 PM and 5:30 PM (semester breaks before 5:00PM) at the OUSA Clubs & Socs reception – 84 Albany Street.

Extended Collection Hours: The reception remains open until 9:30 PM, and meals may be collected after the designated pick-up window. However, we cannot guarantee the safety or freshness of meals picked up after 5:30 PM.

Food Safety Disclaimer: After 5:30 PM, the quality and safety of your meal cannot be assured. Consumption of meals beyond this time is at your own risk.

Unclaimed Orders: If a meal is not picked up by the end of the day, it will be discarded, and refunds or replacements will not be provided. We can hold your meal but you'll need to give OUSA Clubs and Socs a call. And see 3 (above). If you’re unable to collect your order before the centre closes, please contact the OUSA Clubs & Socs reception team. We can store your order in our fridge until the following day.
