Strictly Coffee has been a Dunedin favourite since 1997. When Dan and Malina took over in 2020, they gave the roastery a fresh, community-focused vibe. They love great coffee, good yarns, and helping people understand the journey from bean to cup.

• Roastery Tour - Go behind the scenes with Jarred, Strictly’s Head Roaster. See the roaster in action, explore green coffee beans, and learn about origins, processing methods, and different brewing styles.

• Coffee Cupping Session - Smell, slurp, and compare up to four coffees from around the world in a guided cupping experience — the industry’s standard for tasting and evaluating coffee.

• V60 Brewing Experience - Finish the session by brewing your own V60 filter coffee using your favourite bean from the tasting.
