LOTTERY πŸŽ²

General Admission (GA) Lottery Info
We are using a random lottery system like past years, so that it is fair for all Otago University Students to obtain a general admission wristband to Hyde Street. You must register first into the lottery.

You can register individually or as a group (of up to 6 people). After registrations close, successful students will be randomly selected by a random number generator in which successful applicants will be allocated a link to purchase their general admission tickets. Individual and group registrations will have equal chance of being randomly chosen. If you register as a group and 1 person from that group is randomly selected, all of the group will be selected as well. If you are successfully selected, a confirmation email with be sent with an individual link for payment online to secure a wristband.

You may only enter once! Duplicate entries will not be accepted and any subsequent entries will be deleted. Any tickets unclaimed after this date will be put back in the general admission pool to be reallocated in the second batch.

TICKETS πŸŽŸ

If you are successful in the lottery, a unique ticket code will be emailed to you on Friday 6 May so that you can make the online payment. Ticket sales will open at 6pm. This is a single use only unique code. This must be paid online via credit/debit card only to secure your wristband. No payment, no wristband. Ticket price is $60 + booking fee.

Please note that you MUST be an Otago University Student, 2nd year or above, and over 18 years old to be eligible. Once registered and if successful, the wristband for that ticket can ONLY be used and worn by the person it is registered to. You are NOT able to sell or swap your ticket. Any wristbands that are not registered to the correct person will be removed without refund.
