OUSA Clubs Development Officer (CDO)

About the role:
Totalling approximately 8000 members, the CDO facilitates clubs to be the best they can be, providing safe and enjoyable experiences for their members. This includes administrating club-related policy, implementing strategies to guide our clubs and providing pastoral care as needed.
 
A good fit for this role is someone who has prior pastoral care experience and has been involved within a club environment. Our ideal person will be positive in nature, organised, creative, driven and resilient.
