Join the Radio One 91FM News team!

Radio One 91FM has been broadcasting from the hallowed grounds of the University of Otago for almost 40 years.
Fiercely independent and largely a space where students with media aspirations can develop lifelong skills, the station prides itself on being an incubator of contemporary culture, taste and style.

Samantha Hayes, Kanoa Lloyd and Wallace Chapman, Aaron Hawkins... they all got their start behind the mic at Radio One 91FM. Now it's your turn!

Recruits with an interest in current events and local news can be fully steeped in news gathering, reporting, interviewing and production skills in order that they commit the freshest, most student relevant content to the airwaves.

If you're looking for that spark on the pathway to a career in media and journalism, this is the opportunity for you!
