We are recruiting Reception Duty Supervisors for 2023 for our Clubs & Societies Centre. This is a reasonably new role that offers fixed-term or casual positions to those that have experience supervising casual staff and/or a facility.
Similarly to our receptionists, you’ll have a huge influence over customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who love variety and want to gain or build on their experience in a leadership role. What we need in return is competent “front-facers” but also people who are good with admin, can show initiative and have a personality to match our inclusive and welcoming persona.
Aspect of the role:
- Supervision of staff and the facility
- Customer service and administration
- Communicate with the Reception Coordinator
- Ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- First port of call for issues that arise while on shift
- Use and demonstrate initiative
- Uphold the values of OUSA
Training for this role will begin in late January/early February, following the recruitment process beginning in December/January.Shifts for Duty Supervisors are on weekday evenings and over the weekend. There will also be occasional on-call work to cover for staff on leave or who are unwell. The length and number of shifts will vary depending on the day and availability.
To apply, please directly email Lauren Scrimgeour at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your CV, Cover Letter and a completed OUSA application form. Applications close on the 15th of December.
