Kickboxing for Fitness

OVERVIEW

Kickboxing for Fitness, takes the martial arts techniques of kickboxing and incorporates them into a high energy cardio work out, all without having to take a kick to the guts. Great for improving overall fitness and reducing stress.


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED

No previous experience is required however you will need to fill out a survey when you register to make sure it is safe for you to take part.


WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a fitness-based kickboxing course. You will be doing a combination of cardio and strength training drills incorporating the use of gloves, focus mitts, kick pads and skipping ropes, as well as learning some basic kickboxing techniques. So come prepared to sweat it out. No pain, no gain……...

Ending 5th April 2022
Fee: $45.00 Bring exercise clothing, footwear, and a drink bottle.
