OVERVIEW

Kickboxing is a fitness activity enables the average person to hone the same athletic skills as a kickboxer, all without having to take a kick to the guts. If you’re hoping to get in great shape and improve your health.


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED

No previous experience is required however you will need to fill out a survey when you register to make sure it is safe for you to take part.


WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a fitness-based kickboxing course. You will be doing a combination of cardio and strength training drills incorporating the use of gloves, focus mitts, kick pads and skipping ropes, as well as learning some basic kickboxing techniques. So come prepared to sweat it out. No pain, no gain……...

Fee: $35.00 Bring Exercise clothing and footwear and a drink bottle.
