Kickboxing for Fitness

This is a fitness based kickboxing course. You will be doing a combination of cardio and strength training drills incorporating the use of gloves, focus mitts, kick pads and skipping ropes, as well learning some basic kickboxing techniques. So come prepared to sweat it out. No pain, no gain……...
