OVERVIEW

Boxing as a fitness activity enables the average person to hone the same athletic skills as boxer, all without having to take a punch. If you’re hoping to get in great shape and improve your health


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED

No previous experience is required however you will need to fill out a survey when you register to make sure it is safe for you to take part.


WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a fitness-based boxing course, with some technique work. You will be doing a combination of cardio and strength training drills incorporating the use of gloves, focus mitts and skipping ropes, whilst also looking at some basic fight techniques. It isn’t for the faint-hearted so be prepared to sweat it out. No pain, no gain!

Ending 18th May 2020
No class on 13 & 27 April
Fee: $35.00 Bring Exercise clothing and footwear, drink bottle and sweat towel.
