This is a fitness-based boxing course, with some technique work. You will be doing a combination of cardio and strength training drills incorporating the use of gloves, focus mitts and skipping ropes, whilst also looking at some basic fight techniques.
It isn’t for the faint-hearted so be prepared to sweat it out.
