WHAT ITS ABOUT
Get ready for a fun, action-packed, non-contact class that uses boxing fitness principles and is perfect for all levels. This interval-style workout mixes boxing with cardio exercises to give you a full-body burn and boost your overall fitness. It's a fantastic stress buster, and we've got most of the equipment covered.
These classes are suitable for all levels (including beginners to the fitness journey), everyone is welcome!
REQUIREMENTS
Just bring your close-toed shoes, a water bottle, a sweat towel, and most importantly, a great attitude!
A LITTLE ON THE FACILITATOR
Mrid is a student hoping to finish her PhD soon (fingers crossed!). She has two years experience teaching Boxfit and other Fitness classes, and loves every minute of it!
Please note registrations close 72 hours before course starts
Ending 29th August 2024 Fee: $50.00 Bring Close-toed Shoes, water bottle, sweat towel.
