OVERVIEW

Boxing as a fitness activity enables the average person to hone the same athletic skills as boxer, all without having to take a punch. If you’re hoping to get in great shape and improve your health this course would contribute well to your training regime. 


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED

No previous experience is required.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Boxing for fitness combines boxing with fitness! The 5-part class will teach you basics and fundamentals while giving you a good workout. Class time will be split between technique drills and workouts. Ideal for those who have had a bit of an introduction to the sport already, or for those who are just looking to give it a go. We'll start with the very basics and go from there!


STREAM 1: BOXING FOR FITNESS Tuesday 5-6PM 5 sessions starting 7th March 2023
Ending 4th April 2023
Fee: $35.00 Bring Wraps/gloves if you have them, closed-toed gym shoes, sweat towel, drink bottle.
