Discover a selection from the many flavours of Europe through some of its varied cooking styles. The Instructor Zuzana Blazov Tichy was brought up in Slovakia, and has passion for cooking food and for passing these skills on to others.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED
No experience required (although some basic skills in the kitchen would be helpful).
WHAT TO EXPECT
This course stops in France, Portugal, Czech Republic / Slovakia, and Hungary (one class on each cuisine). The recipes have been designed for the student budget and with a home kitchen in mind. You will work in groups to create both savoury and sweet courses and eat together at the end.
Ending 30th March 2020 Fee: $87.00 Bring fitting clothes and closed in footwear, apron, long hair to be tied up, nails short and clean (no polish), no jewellery, and a container for left overs.
