Spell out your full name and do the corresponding exercises...if your name is shorter than 14 letters add ISOLATION.

C 30 Squats P 20 Lunges
D 50 Press Ups Q 30 Crunches
E 1 Minute Wall Sit R 15 Press Ups
F 10 Burpees S 30 Burpees
G 30 Lunges T 15 Squats
H 20 Squats U 30 Sit Ups
I 30 Star Jumps V 1 Minute Wall Sit
J 15 Crunches W 20 Down Ups
K 10 Press ups X 60 Star Jumps
L 1 Minute Prone Hold Y 10 Crunches
M 20 Burpee Z 20 Press Ups
