Breath Work Workshop - Winter Wellbeing
WHAT ITS ABOUT
Are you interested in learning about the benefits of breathwork as a free and accessible tool in daily life? Learn how breathwork can enhance many aspects of physical and mental-emotional wellbeing. Join this workshop that will be part theory, best practice philosophy and safety aspects around breathwork, and part experiential practice, where we will explore a few different modalities, both calming and activating.
REQUIREMENTS
No previous experience is required. Bring a Drink Bottle and comfortable clothing (a blanket is also welcome).
A LITTLE ON THE FACILITATOR
Anna Read hails from The Netherlands but met a handsome kiwi in 2005 and has called Aotearoa and Ōtepoti home since 2015. She has a background in human movement science, rehabilitation and psychomotor therapy, but later expanded into holistic health coaching, energy work, meditation and breathwork. She has her own practice where she works with individual clients and small groups. In her free time she can be found connecting to nature, friends and whānau, beekeeping and working away at her food forest.
