WHAT ITS ABOUT

Embark on a fitness journey with our exhilarating HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) beginner workout! Designed for all fitness levels, this energetic session combines bodyweight exercises with bursts of intensity, making each session a fun and effective sweat-fest. Join us for a lively, dynamic experience that not only kickstarts your fitness goals but leaves you smiling, a little bit sore and eager for more. Get ready to break a sweat, laugh, and discover the joy in every HIIT interval!

 

REQUIREMENTS

Water bottle, sneakers, and recommend a small towel (there are also showers you can use afterwards, or book a sauna for post workout relaxation!)

Chris has ten years experience, and certifications in coaching and personal training. He is all about keeping things simple, fun, collaborative and making your fittness journey as enjoyable as possible.
