WHAT ITS ABOUT
Experience the benefits meditation has to offer. Attending the class will significantly reduce your stress and aid focus and concentration. Suitable for both beginners and advanced participants. Mats are provided.

A LITTLE ON THE FACILITATOR
Didi was born in India and was inspired to serve society. She became a yogic nun 20 years ago through an international social service organisation called Ananda Marga. She has been living in New Zealand for 12 years and travels around the country, teaching yoga and meditation for free, supporting herself on a donation basis.
Jiivan learned meditation almost 50 years ago and experienced a major transformation in how he perceives his surroundings and relationships with people. He found that he could maintain a balanced state by practising meditation regularly. Realising that other people struggle with life stresses, he taught meditation. He has continuously taught meditation at the Meditation Club for 25 years.
