Ok.... we know your budgets are tight but all you can think about right now is food. Check out our series of recipes with 5 Ingredients or less (and for the record, salt, pepper and oil do not count as ingredients, otherwise this would be impossible).
Try this pumpkin soup recipe:
Half a Pumpkin
1 can Coconut Ceam
1 Onion diced
Preheat your oven 200 degrees Celsius.
Peel, deseed and chop the pumpkin in to big chunks (lets say the length and width of your thumb). Chuck on an oven tray with oil, salt and pepper. Roast Pumpkin for 30-40 minutes, basically untl the pumpkin is nice and soft.
In the biggest pot you've got, heat up some oil and add your diced onion, once these have softened throw in your roasted pumpkin and add salt and pepper and stir. Add in your coconut cream and then fill your empty tin with water and throw this in the pot too. Gently simmer for 10 minutes.
Wizz it up with a blender, stick blender, potato masher... whatever you have.
