Looking to try something new? Maybe get fit, or get creative? Whatever it is, we got you!


Sewing: Guided Sessions


Have you done the Sewing 101 course? Already know the basics? Then this is the workshop for you! Bring along the sewing project you are working on, whether its a new outfit, a bag, or even if you just have some items that you need guidence on fixing/upcycling. 

Rae will give you the helping hand you need, shes there for the advise we all wish we had (because lets face it, not all sewing patterns are easy to read).



You must have either taken the Sewing 101 course or know the basics of machine set up and techiniques. The beginners course can be found under Sewiing101, you don't need to be an expert to sign up, but we do ask that you know a little. 

Please bring along the items you with to mend/alter/create and any patterns. 

Sewing Machines Provided & some basic thread, but we do reccommend bring thread that matches your fabric!


Streams are 2 sessions, but feel free to sign up to multiple if you want.



Rae has been a design teacher for 7 years. She has designed, made, repaired and remade everything under the fashion sun, from high street fashion to wearable art and costumes. Before teaching design & textiles she also studied Fashion Design at AUT in Auckland.


Please note registrations close 72 hours before course starts 


Want to use one of the sewing machines outside of the course? You can flick us an email to request the use of a sewing machine. You must have done one of our sewing courses first.
