Stress and Self-care

This workshop is run in association with the University of Otago's Student Health Services. 

Stress is a part of normal life that everyone experiences from time-to-time. However, sometimes stress can get in the way of self-care and overall wellbeing. Stress and Self-Care is a supportive wellbeing group aimed at promoting strategies to manage stress better. The group is a single session focused on psycho-education about stress and self-care skills that can help to build resilience in times of stress.
