Yuan Qigong

WHAT ITS ABOUT

Rooted in ancient Chinese healing traditions, Yuan Qigong combines gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation to cultivate vital life energy, known as "Qi," promoting harmony of body, mind, and spirit. You'll delve into the profound principles of Yuan Qigong, learning practical techniques to harness Qi for enhanced vitality, inner peace, and emotional balance. Through a series of carefully crafted exercises, you'll awaken your body's innate healing abilities, release tension, and cultivate a deep sense of relaxation.

For those that have taken our Tai chi course, you can consider Yuan Qigong as the mother of Tai chi, it is less focused on multiple movements, and more focused on moving meditations.
