Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco and Hip Hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms. At the end of it all, Zumba is a fun way to stay active and to tone and sculpt the body!
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED
This course is for everyone, experienced or not at all! All you need is the desire to have fun, dance and get a great work out!
Ending 5th October 2021 Fee: $25.00 Bring Exercise clothing and footwear, drink bottle and sweat towel.
