For Art Week 2026 Radio One is bringing you The Dunedin Sound Jingo - a night for you to test your knowledge of the local music scene, both past and present, and score some prizes!

Haven't played a Jingo before? It's basically a musical version of bingo, where you cross out songs on your Jingo card as you hear them played aloud (you'll get told the song titles afterwards too). Complete a line, or a whole card, to win!

If that's not enough, this Jingo will also celebrate Ōtepoti's legendary music scene. From Dunedin Sound classics to songs currently shaping our local music landscape - all will be played. We suggest brushing up on legends, rising stars, and everyone in between.

Worried your local music knowledge isn't up to scratch? Fear not, as there'll also be a couple of mainstream rounds to balance the night out. All up, there's plenty of opportunities to score, with a variety of spot prizes given away throughout the night!
