Bootcamp: Beginner Friendly
Kickstart your morning with our 5-week Bootcamp — a beginner-friendly fitness series designed to build strength, confidence, and consistency. Sessions run 8–9am once a week, with plenty of time to grab free breakie after each session!
Each week has a fresh focus to help you progress safely and feel stronger from the inside out:
Week 1: Foundations & Movement Quality
Week 2: Strength Endurance & Consistency
Week 3: Progressive Overload & Power Basics
Week 4: Strength & Conditioning Blend
Week 5: Performance Week & Skill Mastery
Whether you’re new to exercise or getting back into a routine, this bootcamp keeps things achievable, fun, and adaptable to all levels.
Your trainer, Liam, is a personal trainer and strength coach who’s all about making fitness simple, enjoyable, and doable — no matter your starting point. With a mix of science, practical know-how, and genuine support, he’ll guide you through every step.
