Explore the joy of hand-built ceramics in this relaxed five-week introduction to clay. You’ll begin by creating simple forms like cups, plates, and pinch-pot animals, then move on to designing your own pieces with guidance from the tutor. The final session is all about adding colour as you paint your creations before they’re glazed and fired.

All essential materials are included: a 5kg bag of clay, stains and clear glaze, and firing for the work you create during the course (up to 5kg; anything additional can be discussed with the tutor). Finished pieces will be ready for collection from OUSA Clubs & Socs within three weeks of the final class.
