Explore the basics of Seishinkan Jujutsu in this beginner-friendly course! You’ll learn fundamental self-defence techniques, including wrist locks, strikes, kicks, stance work, safe falling, and how to escape grabs. The focus is on using your body—and your opponent’s—to your advantage while practicing core principles of aiki-jujutsu.

No previous experience is needed—just bring a willingness to learn and move.

 

The ticket will provide you with 5 sessions running the following days and times:

Wednesdays, 5:15pm - 6:15pm, 22nd April - 20th May - wear comfortable clothing.
